These Terms of Use describe the rules for using DrawBuddy, including the iOS app and this promotional website.

Use of the app

DrawBuddy provides drawing lessons, AR tracing, AI feedback, daily challenges, and progress tools for personal learning and creative practice. You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

DrawBuddy may offer subscriptions and lifetime purchases through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, free trials, renewal periods, and cancellation options are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime purchases unlock eligible features according to the product description at the time of purchase.

Educational purpose

DrawBuddy is a learning and practice tool. Results vary based on practice time, subject, skill level, and how users apply feedback.

Intellectual property

The app design, lesson structure, branding, website content, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of drawings you create, subject to any third-party reference rights that may apply.
